PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our Property Management department works hard to ensure that a landlord's property is thoughtfully and professionally maintained and we go the extra mile to reassure both the landlord and the tenant that they are in good hands.  We take the hassle out of renting out a property with our full service which includes regular rent collection and accounting (with detailed accounts provided on a monthly or quarterly basis) plus settlement of expenses such as utility closing accounts, repairs, insurance premiums, service charges etc.

Our service includes regular property inspections - usually on a four monthly basis and we can also arrange and oversee any necessary repairs and general maintenance work using our competitive list of contractors. We can also provide help with refurbishment, renovations, property maintenance and interior design.
